What to send for a quotation
Provide the completed AeroMono Order Form, finished door dimensions, quantities, cabinet construction details, selected frame and panel finishes, handle configuration where applicable, and project contact details. Confirm clearances and technical requirements below before production approval.
Product Description
AeroMono creates a clean glass elevation with Salice Air hinges at the top and bottom of the door. Prepared top and bottom HingeBars provide the mounting system.
Use 18 mm top and bottom cabinet panels that capture the side panels, and maintain the fixed perimeter and between-door gaps. Select from the shared frame finishes, AeroGlass options and six handle configurations.
The Order Form assigns every physical door to a Group. AeroFrame prepares HingeBar lengths and hinge-hole positions from the submitted door information.

Hinge System & Cabinet Requirements
Salice Air · concealed top-and-bottom mounting

Two hinges per door, mounted at the top and bottom.
No intermediate side hinges.
Prepared HingeBars
One top and one bottom bar per Group.
Bar lengths and hinge-hole positions are prepared by AeroFrame.
Cabinet Construction
The 18 mm top and bottom panels must capture the side panels.
Mounting reference: 18 mm panel thickness and 46 mm HingeBar depth. Confirm the cabinet construction before ordering.

No Handle
No integrated handle. Confirm the opening method with your cabinet maker.

Where do I send my form, and what information is needed?
Send your AeroMono form to your Sales Rep with your company and project / PO reference. For a first quote, include finished width, height, quantity and panel finish. No assigned rep? Email sales@knoxone.com.au.
When is my custom order confirmed?
A quotation is not an order. Complete and sign the final specification for Sales review. Processing is released after approval and full credit / payment coverage. Sales confirms the lead time; released custom specifications cannot be changed or cancelled.
