FAQs

What should I include when specifying your products?

Record the brand, product reference, colour or finish, required size and intended application, together with the relevant drawings or finishes schedule. Our architecture and design (A&D) team can help identify product information across Verdécor surfaces and Knox System cabinetry systems. Your project team remains responsible for final design, dimensions and suitability.

Can I request larger samples for client or project approval?

Send our A&D team the shortlisted product and colour references, the sample size or format you need, your intended application and the approval deadline. Larger or multiple project samples can be discussed with the team. Availability and arrangements need to be confirmed for the specific request before you rely on them for a presentation.

Is my chosen colour available in the format and size I need?

A colour selection does not confirm availability in every product format or size. Share the exact colour reference, application, dimensions and quantity so the relevant range can be checked. If the combination is not available, our team can help compare other formats or alternatives. Special sizes and alternative supply options require confirmation; they are not guaranteed.

What technical information can I obtain before specifying?

Tell our A&D team which product and application you are assessing, and whether you need dimensions, installation details, care information or environmental and certification documents. We will confirm the approved information available for that product. CAD or BIM/Revit files should be requested by product reference; do not assume every product has them. Final technical suitability and project compliance remain with the responsible project professionals.

Can you help review an alternative if budget or availability changes?

Yes. Share the original specification and the requirements that must be retained, such as appearance, dimensions, application and timing. Our A&D team can help compare options and relevant samples or product information, while our sales team confirms pricing and supply. Any substitution should be reviewed and approved by your project team before ordering.

Can I bring my client to the showroom or request a studio presentation?

Yes. Contact our A&D team with your project stage, shortlisted materials and the decisions you need to make. A showroom visit can help compare finishes and experience cabinetry systems in person. Studio presentations can also be requested; the content, scope and timing will be agreed with the team.

Who handles pricing and orders once the specification is agreed?

Our A&D team can pass the agreed product references and project requirements to the sales representative supporting your cabinet maker or cabinetry design showroom. Trade Account eligibility is assessed separately from design support. Cabinetry and joinery manufacturers and cabinetry design showrooms may apply, subject to approval; installers and project-delivery providers are not eligible. The sales team confirms pricing and order arrangements with the approved purchasing business.

How should I check stock and lead times against the project programme?

Provide the exact product and finish references, sizes, quantities, required dates and proposed delivery address. Our sales team must confirm current availability and delivery arrangements before the project commits to them; a sample or specification alone does not reserve stock. KnoxOne deliveries are available only to industrial-zone addresses, so the purchasing business should confirm how products will reach the project site.
