Who qualifies for a KnoxOne Trade Account?
KnoxOne Trade Accounts are available to cabinetry and joinery manufacturers and cabinetry design showrooms, subject to approval. Installers and project-delivery service providers are not eligible.
All applications are reviewed before account access and account-specific pricing are activated.
Do I need my own cabinetry workshop?
In most cases, yes. Manufacturing applicants are generally expected to operate their own cabinetry or joinery workshop. Cabinetry design showrooms may also qualify, subject to review. Installation and project-delivery businesses are not eligible for a Trade Account.
Can I use one account across Verdécor and Knox System?
Yes. One connected KnoxOne Trade Account provides access to decorative surfaces through Verdécor and cabinetry systems through Knox System. Once your account is approved, our team will help set up the relevant pricing and product access across both platforms.
Will I receive account-specific pricing?
Yes. Approved Trade Accounts receive account-specific pricing. Your Sales Representative will help set up your account and explain the pricing and product access available to your business. Account-specific pricing is activated after approval.
Can products from Verdécor and Knox System be delivered together?
Eligible Verdécor and Knox System products can be combined into one coordinated delivery with one freight charge when dispatched together. Delivery is available only to addresses located in industrial zones. Ask your Sales Representative to confirm the delivery address, product availability and dispatch arrangements before ordering.
How is my Sales Representative assigned?
A dedicated Sales Representative is introduced as part of your account setup. They will get to know your business, product requirements and ordering needs, and provide a consistent contact for ongoing support. Our trade team will confirm your representative during onboarding.
